Our firm has extensive experience in equipment appraisals, having appraised heavy & light industrial equipment, automobiles, restaurants, printing equipment, window and glass manufacturing plants, woodworking and metalworking machinery as well as general inventory.

Our appraisals are conducted on the basis of our extensive knowledge and experience along with detailed research and analysis in order to ensure the most current, accurate and quality data is provided. All our appraisals are conducted in accordance with USPAP.

Types of Appraisals Provided:

Fair Market Value (FMV)
The price at which property would change hands between a willing buyer and a willing seller; neither being under the compulsion to buy or under a compulsion to sell, and both having reasonable knowledge of relevant facts.

Orderly Liquidation Value (OLV)
The estimated amount that would be realized by way of a professionally managed liquidation sale; in the instance where the seller is compelled to sell assets in a fairly short period of time. (3-12months)

Forced Sale Value (FSV)
The estimated amount which could typically be realized from a properly advertised and conducted public auction sale held under forced or distressed conditions and with a sense of urgency.
